Momentum scores recent team form from 0 to 10 using finished matches in each competition. It is a performance indicator, not a betting tip.
When viewing all leagues, scores reflect form within each competition - they are not a single worldwide strength ranking.
Team Momentum uses the last up to 10 finished matches in a competition, weighted by result, goal difference, opponent quality, venue, and recency. A score needs at least 3 matches.
Performance labels describe the current score. Trend labels (Rising, Stable, Falling) only appear when we have a previous snapshot. Unknown trends are never shown as Stable.
Confidence is about sample size, not quality: Low (3-5 matches), Medium (6-9), High (10). A high score with Low confidence can still be real form - it is just based on fewer games.
